Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will give you complete control over your mailboxes and email newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new mail account in no time and administer its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can forward mail messages from one e-mail account to another, activate e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and secure your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your e-mailbox accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtering your incoming emails on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming messages from one mail account to another, or even to several other email boxes. Just choose the e-mail box you wish to forward e-mail messages from, then choose the target email mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the mail client of your preference to access your email box accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box account you would like to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mailbox accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
